These terms apply to anyone who visits wacommpatterns.com or buys or downloads a pattern from WacommPatterns. By using this site you agree to them.

1. What you are buying. All products are digital PDF crochet and sewing patterns. No physical item is shipped. Paid patterns are available to download right after purchase; free patterns are available after you enter your name and email.

2. Personal and small-business use. You may print the pattern for your own use, and you may sell items you make from it. Please credit WacommPatterns as the designer when you can.

3. What you may not do. You may not share, copy, resell, give away, upload or distribute the PDF file or its photos and text, in whole or in part, or claim the design as your own.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Refunds. Because patterns are digital downloads, sales are final once the file has been delivered. If a file is faulty or you cannot open it, contact us and we will fix it or send a replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Results. We test our patterns carefully, but finished results depend on yarn, hook size and tension. We are not responsible for differences in the finished item.

7. Email. If you give us your email address, we may send you patterns, updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Liability. To the extent allowed by law, WacommPatterns is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our patterns.

9. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies.
