Our patterns are instant digital downloads, so we can't take returns or exchanges once a file has been delivered.

If your file won't open, a page is missing, or you find a mistake in the pattern, email us at wacommllcus@gmail.com within 30 days of your order. We'll send you a corrected file or give you a refund.

Bought the same pattern twice by accident? Tell us and we'll refund the duplicate.
