How do I get my pattern?

All our patterns are digital PDF files. Paid patterns can be downloaded right after checkout, and you'll also get a download link by email. Free patterns can be downloaded right after you enter your name and email. See How to Download Your Pattern for step-by-step help.

Will anything be posted to me?

No. You are buying a pattern (instructions), not a finished item. Nothing is shipped.

Are the patterns in US or UK terms?

Our patterns are written in US crochet terms. If you usually crochet in UK terms, our blog has a quick US to UK conversion chart.

I'm a beginner. Can I make these?

Yes. Many of our patterns only use basic stitches. Look for the Beginner-friendly collection, and check the skill level on each pattern page.

Can I open the PDF on my phone?

Yes. PDFs open on phones, tablets and computers. On a phone, tap the download link and the file will open in your browser or PDF app, where you can save it.

Can I sell items I make from your patterns?

Yes, you can sell the finished items. Please don't share, copy or resell the PDF file itself.

I didn't get my download email.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it still isn't there, email hello@wacommpatterns.com with the name of the pattern and we'll send it to you.

Can I get a refund?

Because patterns are digital downloads, sales are final once the file is delivered. If a file is faulty or won't open, contact us and we'll fix it or send a replacement. See our Refund Policy.
